New AR in NE. The seeing conditions are awful! With passing cloud to boot.
Lots of bright flares around the spot. The feature just to the south was short lived.
Umbra and penumbra visible despite the soft seeing. Hint of a bridge?
I keep trying in the gaps in the clouds but the seeing is very poor. Soft and unstable.
Despite being here for ages I still haven't improved on the earlier image.
I'm getting cold now from the wind blowing through the slit.
