Fullerscopes Telescope Mountings

This blog has become my ATM design, build and imaging diary. I have recently built several new telescopes, a large equatorial mounting and a raised 10' [3m] dome on an octagonal building. 17.07.2021 Late afternoon imaging.

Saturday 17th 78F bright sunshine from a clear blue sky. Back to see if the seeing conditions had improved. Only a little. It was still all but impossible to focus accurately at the best of times.

I still managed to capture some of the interesting, surface features.

The 2x GPC provided a bit more scale.
