June 18th Update.
An angiogram triggered a need for emergency surgery. I proved to have two blocked arteries feeding my heart. After suffering horrible pain the following night night I was rushed to hospital for surgery. This was a few days ago now and I am now convalescing. I could barely cross the room without becoming breathless on my return home. It will obviously take some time before I can return to demolition duties.
