Friday 3rd April 2020: 35-48F, fast moving cloud from the west.

11.00 48/45F In/out of the dome. Most of the earlier cloud has cleared. Have captured a couple of rather soft videos of the new AR12759. Now well away from the limb.

A large area of disturbed surface features with a small, complex,
triple, dark umbra to the west.

20% of 3k, 800x600, 320fps, 1ms, Gain 206. Cropped, coloured and enlarged in PF7.


12.02 Slightly better in B&W. Far too easy to over-sharpen in ImPPG! Sky very milky near the sun!
12.14 Improving slowly between passing clouds.
12.20 Trying to tease more detail out in ImPPG. After a lull the westerly gales are picking up again!
12.45 Clouded over. Still poor seeing when the sun is visible.
13.00 One spot seems to be breaking up. Filaments showing in the area.
 Lunch.
14.00 Seeing much worse now. Milky sky and gales. Thin, high cloud. Poor image definition.
15.53 More cloud intervened but seeing marginally better in the breaks.

16.00 Seeing improving again.

16.55 Still capturing videos.

17.20 Seeing gone to hell.
