Wednesday 14th 80F. Late seeing was soft and mobile today. I continue to struggle with the  PST etalon ring shaped sweet spot.

I tried tilting the LUNT BF and camera. Nothing gained. Tried the PST BF5.  Slight improvement but not worth the reduction in quality over the Lunt BF.

Even with a smaller 600x600 frame size the asymmetry in brightness is very obvious.

I'll keep trying.
