Sunday 22nd. 60F. New download of SharpCap.

14.00. Trying to image AR3014 group but it is suddenly very cloudy.  Thermal shaking & soft focus.

12.05.2022 Afternoon imaging.

 Thursday 12th May 57F. Mostly sunny so far today but more and bigger clouds are arriving. I picked bad time! Racing clouds crossing the image.

 13.46 AR3007 First image worth processing. Windy and cold in the dome. The wind is pushing the telescope around. Too much backlash. Some nice detail.

 

 

 14.13 Pushed a little harder in ImPPG.

Captures are few and far between now.

 Wednesday 4th 58F, sunny but thin white cloud and white haze around the sun:

 15.09.51 first processed image: In time reverse order.

 15.09.22  Some flaring visible: It might be worth trying the 2.6x GPC for a closer look. Seeing conditions permitted.
