This blog has become my ATM design, build and imaging diary. I have recently built several new telescopes, a large equatorial mounting and a raised 10' [3m] dome on an octagonal building. Be aware that I deal with building solar telescopes. Which are potentially VERY dangerous! I can accept NO responsibility for any action not directly supervised by myself. 12.05.2022 Afternoon imaging.

Thursday 12th May 57F. Mostly sunny so far today but more and bigger clouds are arriving. I picked bad time! Racing clouds crossing the image.

13.46 AR3007 First image worth processing. Windy and cold in the dome. The wind is pushing the telescope around. Too much backlash. Some nice detail.

14.13 Pushed a little harder in ImPPG.

Captures are few and far between now.

14.20. Giving up for now. Almost solid cloud, cold and windy!
