Thursday 14th 51/46F. 10.20: Bright sunshine but cloud expected. From the north-west by the look of it.
Oh, joy! ASCOM[AWR] has arbitrarily reversed Dec drive direction [AGAIN!]
So, instead of a slew to somewhere in the region of the sun [expecting any more is just delusional optimism] the telescope ended up sulking. With its nose below the dome's base ring. Am I supposed to be eternally grateful that it was pointing roughly east?
I shan't mention that C-Du-C "Skychart" has placed me to the west of Greenwich [AGAIN!] This despite it clearly showing EAST in Set-Up> Observatory.

Gong H-a is also having a sulk. It looks like a few small proms will have to be today's only entertainment. Better change to the PST BF and WO 2x Barlow.
10.56 Better seeing but violent thermal movement. Bigger clouds appearing now.
11.08 Trying flats but no real improvement.
The internet went off again.
12.24 No improvement in the seeing conditions.
13.00. Lunch and more cloud.
